Subscription Policy
What Subscribe & Save is
Subscribe & Save is an optional recurring order. When you select it at checkout you save 20% off the one-time price on every delivery, for as long as the subscription stays active.
Delivery frequency
Choose delivery every 30, 60 or 90 days. You pick your frequency at checkout and can change it at any time.
Automatic billing — please read
By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date, at the then-current subscription price plus applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel.
- Your first charge is taken at checkout.
- Each later charge is taken on your renewal date, matching the frequency you chose.
- We email you before each renewal, so you are never charged without notice.
- If prices change we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you may cancel first.
Cancel any time — no fees, no minimum
There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Cancel at any time before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
To cancel, skip, pause, change frequency, change your address or update your payment method:
- Use the customer portal link in any subscription email, or
- Log in to your account at carispray.com, or
- Email [email protected] and we will action it for you.
Changes and cancellations take effect on the next renewal, provided they are made before that renewal is processed. If you cancel after a renewal has already been charged, that order will still ship.

Subscription orders carry the same 60-day money-back guarantee as one-time orders. See our Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry it and email you. If it still cannot be collected the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you keep your price and frequency.
