CariSpray 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind CariSpray. If it is not right for you, you get your money back — and you do not have to send anything back to us.
1. The guarantee
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a full refund of the purchase price. It applies whether the bottle is sealed, opened, half-used or empty.
You do not need to return the product. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened oral care products, so there is nothing to ship back. Keep the bottle.
2. How to claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a sentence on what did not work for you. The explanation is not a condition of the refund — it just helps us improve. We reply within one business day. No forms, no return label, no restocking fee.
3. When you get your money
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded along with the product price.
4. Bundles
Multi-bottle orders are refunded in full under the same 60-day terms. You do not need to have used them all.
5. Subscription orders
Every subscription delivery is covered by the same 60-day guarantee. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions — see our Subscription Policy for how to cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a past order.
6. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no charge. This is in addition to your 60-day guarantee, not instead of it.
7. Orders that never arrive
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full — your choice.
8. Fair use
The guarantee is for genuine customers trying the product. We reserve the right to decline repeat claims from the same customer or household where the pattern indicates abuse rather than dissatisfaction.
