Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping rate

A flat rate of $4.73 applies to every order, whatever its size. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are picked and packed by our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 8–15 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 9–17 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Duties and import charges

Your order ships internationally. Any applicable duties or import charges are paid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery beyond what you paid at checkout.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and severe weather can extend them. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Damaged or missing items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace damaged or missing items at no charge.
