Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping rate. A flat shipping rate of $4.73 applies to every order, whatever its size. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 8–15 business days, so total time from order to doorstep is typically 9–17 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. The first tracking scan can take 3–5 business days to appear.

Duties. Any duties or import charges are paid by us. You will not pay anything on delivery beyond what you paid at checkout.

Delays. Delivery windows are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we'll replace or refund it.

Damaged or missing items. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace them at no charge.
